Who We Are

We are a small family breeder with a commitment to responsibly raising our puppies to give them the best start to life we can! We fell in love with doodles when we met our Aeris, and later Ginger and Coco! They are simply our little golden treasures and we couldn't be happier! We believe firmly in quality over quantity. Our dogs are members of the family and our puppies are raised in our home with lots of love and attention from day one. Early and consistent handing, as well as exposure to the hustle and bustle of home life, is so critical in those early days where lots of neurological development is taking place. Our goal is to raise quality family companions with exceptional health and temperaments - giving them the best start to life we can!

About the Breed

Golden Doodles are a hybrid, or "designer", breed obtained by crossing a Golden Retriever with a Poodle. Beginning in the 1990's, this cross quickly grew in popularity because of the hypoallergenic features of the poodle combined with the golden retriever's lovably personality; this  created the perfect family dog! Poodles are considered hypoallergenic because they are non shedding - this reduces dander, the number one cause of animal allergies in humans.

There are several generations of doodles. The first generation (F1) is a pure bred golden retriever crossed with a pure bred poodle. An F1b is the first generation back crossed: a golden doodle crossed back to a poodle. Multigeneration refers to F1b crossed to F1b. Different generations display different traits that can be measured genetically with better predictability.

The golden doodle coat varies depending on the generation, from the golden retriever wavy coat to the poodle's curly coat, to right in the middle. Grooming depends on the doodle's coat type as well. Please be aware that the goldendoodle's coat requires a high level of grooming maintenance! Doodles come in many different colors:  red, apricot, black, white, cream, chocolate, or parti (a mix).

Doodles are very intelligent, loving, family-oriented dogs! They thrive on being with their family and are very eager to please - making them the perfect family dog.  They are very social and active and will require exercise - having a large fenced in yard is an ideal choice for this breed. Because of their social nature, doodles do not do well in an environment where they are alone for long periods of time. Most doodles retain their fetching instinct from the golden retriever side and love a game of fetch!

Our Golden Doodles

We are very committed to responsible breeding, this is why we only have three doodles. They are part of our family and we are committed to ethical breeding for their well being. Because we keep our program small we are able to give our puppies the love, attention, and socialization they deserve. Part of your puppy's socialization begins with our Bio Sensor stimulation program (read more about this HERE ). Our puppies are in our home from day one, and will be well socialized with animals, children, and adults before they move on to their forever home - our goal is to provide them with the best start to life we can offer!

We raise F1b and multigenerational miniature golden doodles. These generations of doodles will be low to non shedding family dogs with coat traits ranging from curly to wavy.  We breed specifically for red, apricot, and cream colors and our pups will mature around 25 lbs. You will be able to pick out your puppy from day one and follow their progress through weekly photo updates and videos via a private Facebook group!
